"The initial starting point came from old black and white photographs of tattooed tribes from the 30s. I was drawn to the harsh, graphic lines against the softness of the skin. With inlay and knitweave techniques both on the dubied and the domestic knitting machine I was able to illuminate the tension of hard versus soft, altering the surface and weight of the knitted fabric. The nature of the fabric allowed me to create structured, boxy silhouettes. To contrast, working with viscose tape created a soft, slinky snake-like quality to the pieces." Rachel Chan, 26, UK, Womenswear Knit

Designer-ul Tomas Maier a implinit deja 10 ani "de resedinta" la casa italiana detinuta de grupul Gucci si asta pentru ca se pliaza perfect pe estetica Bottega.

Colectia Resort 2013 propune siluete feminine in tonuri pastelate de roz, fistic, mov si galben. Tomas Maier a punctat ca sursa de inspiratie operele lui Giovanni Batista Tiepolo si Paolo Veronese, aspect usor de detectat in culorile efasate balansate in unele look-uri de accente purpurii.

Anca Miron este un tanar si voios designer roman care si-a definit destul de coerent stilul in care isi lucreaza colectiile. Ii plac piesele ce se pot transforma, fie ca au doua fete, asimetrii sau decupaje.
Fill in the Blank te lasa pe tine sa completezi spatiile libere, umplandu-le cu texturi si culori contrastante.
